How to Use
- Mix one full packette of powder with 3oz of water, or 10 volume or 20 Volume Veroxide or Lumishine Developper.
- Using a color brush, apply only to prelightened hair that has been treated with direct dyes or semi-permanent haircolor.
- Process for up to 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Check every 5 minutes until desired result is achieved.
- Thoroughly rinse, shampoo and condition.
